Without question, we’ve all run into people who seem to believe the world revolves solely around them and everyone in their path should constantly be thinking of and catering to their needs. Then there are those rare and beautiful moments when you come across the yang to that yin. What makes the two so different? My best guess is the ability to self reflect and identify…wait for it…areas in which they can improve vs areas in which others should improve.
These thoughtful people seem to have a knack for service, building and maintaining relationships and making others feel good. More importantly, they inspire those qualities in those around them.
